Founder & Executive Director<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Collective SKIN & NAIL ACADEMY is a beauty school in Salisbury, NC, founded by Kathy Nash after more than four decades in beauty education. Her career has been dedicated to educating, mentoring, and preparing future beauty professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her experience spans private beauty schools, high school programs, and community college education<\/strong>, where she has taught students, developed programs, led educational teams, and helped thousands of future professionals prepare for careers in the beauty industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the years, Kathy\u2019s experience has reinforced one belief: students learn best when they feel supported, respected, challenged, and genuinely cared about.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

That belief became the foundation for Collective SKIN & NAIL ACADEMY.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collective was created from Kathy\u2019s vision for a different kind of beauty school,\u00a0 a modern, spa-inspired learning environment where elevated education, hands on experience, mentorship, wellness, professionalism, and career preparation come together.<\/span><\/p>\n
