Collective Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged kit items after we issue the kits.<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n
Additional supplies required for class or State Board preparation: <\/strong>Collective Academy will be offering a state board kit when 80% of the hours are completed for an optional cost.<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n
All fees are disclosed prior to enrollment and outlined in the Enrollment Agreement\/Contract. <\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n
Cancellation Policy:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

All cancellations must be submitted via email at least 30 days prior to the start of class to receive a refund on a deposit. No exceptions.<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
If the student attends class the first day, the deposit is not returned.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The State Board exam costs $168 (for the 2 exams) and is paid directly to the testing company, Prov. <\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n
The licensing fee is payable to the NC State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners after passing of both exams.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n
These fees are not included in tuition.<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n
